Gather and validate business requirements and user stories
Drive workshops with business SMEs and user groups
Ability to work with ambiguous requirements and drive clarity by collaborating with business groups
Drive decisions on application functionality and collaborate with business SMEs
Focus on Salesforce OOB and configurable functionality to address business requirements
Create Functional Specification documents
Collaborate with development and testing teams to build a quality product
Review test cases and sign off on their completeness and correctness
At least 2+ years of experience in Salesforce
5+ years of experience as a functional consultant
Experience with agile projects
Understand business requirements and functional specifications and map them to technical activities
2. Conceptualize and create end-to-end design for business problems. Collaborate with architects to drive best-in-class design
3. Design and develop UI and backend code using Console and other Salesforce.com application screens that support complex business processes
4. Map requirements to configuration or customization elements in salesforce
5. Design and create unit test scripts and test class that enable testing of application that can scale
6. Develop high level estimates by analyzing the business cases and viable design solutions
1. 4+ years of Salesforce experience with exposure to Multi Cloud (Sales, Service, Community etc.)
2. Expertise in creating Lightning components (Aura knowledge is a must, LWC will be additional advantage)
3. Expertise in Apex and Visualforce
4. Expertise in Configuration elements including Workflows, Validation rules, Process Builder
5. Minimum certification – PD1 and App Builder
6. Well versed in any modern IDE (like VS code) and familiar with Git/Bit Bucket
7. Good to have Agile working experience
8. Excellent communication skills
