The Administrative Assistant performs activities concerned with contracts for the sale of services of awarded projects. Provides first line support for the Project Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist project manager with coordinating project jobs and schedules
Handle all tracking of work orders from job creation to billing
Consolidate redlined maps into billable format
Maintain inventory tracking software
Provide excellent customer service both internally as well to customers and vendors
Troubleshoot and research discrepancies with work orders and inventory
Facilitate relationship between MP Nexlevel and subcontractors
Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Education and Qualifications:
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Comprehensive knowledge with maps and geography
High school diploma required, Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred; one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
