Responsibilities:
The Janitorial Account Manager will be directly responsible for customer satisfaction, account retention and strong employee relations.
Work scheduling of all account personnel
Establishing work standards
Conducting site evaluations/audits
Overall inventory/equipment usage
Budget control
Troubleshooting/ problem solving
Orientation/training of supervisory
Support personnel
Safety compliance
Customer relations
Special project work as requested

Requirements: Minimum of 2yrs of supervisory/management experience or a degree from a 4 year college or 2 year technical institution. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to learn basic principles and techniques. Ability to perceive identification numbers marked on material and be able to read and understand numbers and volumes. Certificates, licenses, registrations: One year certificate from college or technical school, or three to six months related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
