Equifax is seeking a Data Analyst who can transform raw data into insights and will develop expertise in Equifax data assets and big data technologies to create analytical insights for the business. It is essential for you to possess a breadth of skills across data visualization, executive presentation development, and technical documentation. This role will give you the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of EWS’s business and customers, and lays the groundwork for an impactful career. You’ll be based in St. Louis, Missouri as a key member of a growing Equifax Workforce Solutions’ Data and Analytics organization.

Data Visualization - Collaborate with Data & Analytics peers to build KPI dashboards to drive current and future business results
Executive Presentation - Play a key role in developing contents for senior executive updates and transforming data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences
Team Collaboration - Participate in the development of strategies, standards and best practices in the areas of data visualization; Interface with business partners across sales, marketing, finance and technology
Project Delivery - Assist leaders with project planning, design and execution to ensure delivery of a high-quality and high-impact end product
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or other comparable discipline
2+ years of experience in data analytics
Proficiency in Tableau and other data visualization tools
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets visualization and PowerPoint/Google Slides creation skills
A real passion for and the ability to learn new technologies
An advanced degree in operations research, industrial engineering, statistics, mathematics, economics or similar discipline
Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: SQL, Python, R
Strong project management skills
Ability to clearly present technical solutions to a non-technical audience
Google Suite and/or GCP experience
