Job Description

The Early Career Recruiter will be a part of a team responsible for driving the full lifecycle of campus recruiting and will assist on other parts of the Early Career Program across the year. The recruiter will be assigned a geographical region of targeted schools but will be expected to help out in other geographies as needed.

Responsibilities

* Attending Career Fairs and other events

* Engagement with Student Clubs and Organizations

* Execution of assessment process and offer management

*Managing all data accurately and in a timely manner in the Applicant Tracking Systems

* Assisting with other parts of the Early Career Program as needed

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

* 1-3 years experiencein campus recruiting

* Strong follow through and customer service orientation

* Must be able to review and analyze data; must be computer proficient

* Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone, video and in person

* Must be able to travel to campuses during the academic year, with high travel spikes during the fall career fair season and be able to work evenings and weekends on an as needed basis
