Job Description:

Vector Security Networks is hiring a Receptionist (part time) at the Gainesville, VA location.

Main Responsibilities

• Providing administrative assistance for the office from the main receptionist desk


• Receiving and processing expense reports, and approving invoices. 


• Act as a funnel point for facilities-related requests, coordinating with external vendors to resolve issues in the office


• Process order requests for office supplies, including break room sundries, branded products such as envelopes and business cards


• Create and send shipping labels for business-related mailing and shipping purposes, and facilitate the mailing of USPS mail using a postage meter system.


• Process regular mailings to new customers


• Support the office staff by processing orders for floral arrangements for employees' significant life events


• Maintain the office cash box, ensuring the consistency of funds received and dispersed.
