Infosys is seeking a React developer to help maintain existing applications and services, as well as, deliver new capabilities for our Client’s platforms. You will be immersed in modern tools and technologies to get the job done, such as AWS Cloud infrastructure and platform services, NodeJS micro-services, and a robust CI/CD pipeline.. This position will add value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages; will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan. Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Milwaukee, WI or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience in Java full stack development React on the front-end and Node/Express on the backend.

Preferred Qualifications:

•    Expertise in building applications using React JS and Node JS
•    Experience building applications that are deployed to the cloud in AWS
•    Experience with unit testing and working on APIs on the back end
•    Good understanding of GIT and source code management
•    Experience with React on the front-end and writing APIs using Node
•    Work with an agile team of full stack JavaScript developers
•    Build applications using React on the front-end and Node/Express on the backend
•    Jump head-first into modifying existing code while asking appropriate questions
•    Do research to identify the functionality and intended behavior of the applications you're working on
•    Contribute to the team at your full capacity
•    Display proficiency in full stack engineering standards, best practices, and optimization techniques
•    Bring new ideas and solutions to the team
•     Excellent Analytical skills
•     Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
