The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Marketing Communications Senior Specialist you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around Latin America. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Maintain, build, enhance on-going content and communications requirements for the Health Care Business Group, Divisions and key portfolios to maximize content usage and value


• Creates and executes external communication plans on behalf of the business group or division aligned to priorities


• Defines common, consistent approaches across divisions for Marketing Communication


• Responsible for providing support of Social Media Management: Marketing campaign activation (always on and integrated campaigns)

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) Marketing Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, or Mass Communications from an accredited institution


• Three (3) years project management experience working closely with internal and external teams in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Medical/Healthcare industry experience highly preferred


• Experience supporting and executing a detailed tactical communications and content plan within a regulated industry in a private, public, government or military environment


• Experience managing tight timetables and multiple large projects simultaneously 


• Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred

Travel: May include up to 10% international travel is anticipated

Relocation Assistance: Is not authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
