This role is within the Instrumentation and Specialty Control's Brookfield Engineering Business unit.
Viscometers, rheometers, texture analyzers and powder flow testers used in R&D, QC and inline applications for rheological fluid analysis, tension/compression analysis and powder flow analysis. Markets include food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, personal care products, adhesives, printing inks and coatings, paper coatings, chemicals, packaging, plastics, construction materials, and asphalt.

Engineering Interns perform tests, operating products and test fixtures
.
Perform modifications and fabrication with hand tools, and measurements with standard measurement instruments.

Generate sketches, and representations for prototypes, to be fabricated & assembled. Knowledge of materials & components for basic design, & skills to research them are required.

Position Requirements:
Familiarity with standardized testing & basic statistics, data reporting.

Writing skills to accurately document data and observations from testing including basic statistics & Engineering analysis of data.

Must be familiar with PC applications to generate reports, perform analysis (Excel), good written communications skills & knowledge of Engineering fundamentals.

Bachelors Degree candidate with major in Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Science preferred
