Equifax is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide executive support to a senior leader and multiple staff members within the organization. This position will provide a broad range of highly skilled and confidential administrative support to ensure a smooth operation for the business leaders.

Research, collect, compile and analyze a wide variety of complex data and information requests to prepare reports and presentations. Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports and presentations.
Manage multiple calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments and resolving conflicts when competing priorities occur. Serves as coordinator for conferences and meetings.
Screen/prioritize/direct incoming calls, email or other communications taking appropriate action as necessary. Resolve requests and escalate if necessary. Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings.
Research, collect, compile and analyze a wide variety of complex data and information requests to prepare reports and presentations. Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports and presentations.
Complete requested business errands such as obtaining catering, ordering office supplies, circulating mail, handling overnight deliveries, processing expense reports, coordinating machine maintenance and coordinating employee set up and moves.
3+ years of experience in an administrative capacity prioritizing multiple tasks from multiple requestors seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
3+ years of experience working with C-Suite level executives.
Demonstrated expertise with technologies such as Google Suite, Workday, Salesforce, and Excel.
Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm with ability and willingness to work overtime on an occasional basis to meet work demands.
Experience working in a Sales team environment.
