Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven leadership abilities with experience in driving change and implementing software solutions.
Familiarity with Inovalon's ScriptMed Solution
A solid grasp of data analytics' significance within a company.
At least three years of experience in integrating and managing pharmacy dispensing systems.
At least three years of familiarity with pharmacy operations.
Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools like PowerBI, QlikSense, and Tableau.
Skilled in SQL database reporting
Exceptional analytical thinking and process visualization skills.
Capable of leading teams through system changes and providing continuous support.
Committed to change management and problem-solving.
Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
Strong analytical abilities with a knack for solving complex issues.
Detail-oriented with the flexibility to switch between tasks efficiently.
Transparent, ethical, and motivated with a meticulous focus on details.
Excellent communication skills, able to interact at all organizational levels.
Independent thinker, ready to initiate and back new ideas and projects.
Proficient in financial management software, accounting tools, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
