Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Skilled Cross-Functional  Associate to join our team in Columbus, IN with starting pay of $32.00 -$34.50/hour.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: 

 

• This position's primary responsibilities will revolve around warranty returns, Deisel Exhaust Fluids(DEF) system parts appraisals.


• Day to day work will be testing warranty returned  DEF pumps and injectors, tearing down the components as needed, and identifying failuremodes.


• Outside of parts testing, additional responsibilities may include:

- Working with internal/external suppliers to determine assignable cause for parts that fall outside of LAB capabilities

- Working with lab development to improve testing, and support equipment upfit/maintenance as needed

- Support Continuous Improvement  projects involving DEF systems

Education, Licenses, Certifications

High school diploma, GED or equivalent required with Department of Labor Certification OR

Associates degree from an accredited program in a related field and at least two years of relevant experience OR

Bachelors degree in a related field OR

Relevant military education and experience.
