PPG Aerospace is hiring a CMS Implementation Supervisor! As the CMS Implementation Supervisor , you will be the lead to develop and implement all new Chemical Management Services for new customers at their site!

Key Responsibilities

• New customer site visits, review and develop SOW, determine onsite manpower and equipment requirements.
• Establish enterprise implementation planning and communications, standardization, and Lean start-up operating procedures.
• Lead in development of new state of the art processes (RFID, Mobil Real Time Scanning etc.)
• Lead functional groups consolidated communications management including but not limited to: CMS Services (Part number creation, locations and chemical catalog setup); Purchasing; EH&S - Domestic and International; Lead all aspects of Export/Import implementation processes; ASC (Application Support Center) Supply Chain Management communications.
• Lead Program (site) Implementation management and startup including: customer implementation communications; staffing and training; SOPs; Program Design (POU/Ship and Bill etc.); SOW reviews; review on-site equipment requirements; Customer Required Training (EH&S/ FOD etc.) for PPG staff; Employee Access Requirements (Badges etc.).

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a business related field and/or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
• Experience in the following areas is beneficial: business process analysis & improvement, lean & six sigma, quality assurance, strategic sourcing, team facilitation, materials management, enterprise resource planning (ex. SAP), and cost reduction.
• A high degree of integrity, excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
• Ability to collaborate with teams in Sales, Marketing, and Business Managers. Digital literacy in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project is desired.
• The ability to evaluate the industrial work environment is also a vital skill.
• Conveys a professional image both to internal PPG as well as with the customers and suppliers.
• Ability to travel up to 75%, domestically and 25% international. Remote position when not traveling.
• Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Must be able to travel internationally or obtain a Passport.
