A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE
The Mortgage Fulfillment IT Senior Analyst will be responsible for working with leadership and associates throughout CLS to review, analyze and evaluate our current processes looking for ways to improve the process through workflow, reporting, automation and technology. The team will focus on using desktop technologies when available and propose longer term system enhancements and development work with our CLS technology team when appropriate. The senior analyst must be able to manage a heavy work-load, prioritize items and deliver professional reports, dashboards and slides to Executives both internally and externally.
Primary Accountabilities
Review and accurately analyze operational policies, procedures, process improvements technology enhancements, reporting and controls throughout secondary/lending:


  • Determine process needs for both internal & external customers to identify changes and improvement to the factuality and efficiency of processes.
  • Design and implement reports within business to manage every aspect of business and client.
  • Design, monitor, track and implement reports that measures key operational metrics throughout the lending process.
  • Report and database implementation and designs using SQL Server Management Studio.
  • Design and create user interactive reports in Visual Studio.
  • Develop VBA programming to create automate reporting.
Develop Solutions for both long term system enhancements and short-term fixes to eliminate regulatory risks and issues:

  • Evaluate and recommend if solutions require use of IT or desktop technology
  • Evaluate risk for client and CPU data protection and NPI laws
  • Prepare requirements, specifications, business processes for users and test controls
Perform Project management activities for CPU and Clients:

  • Meet project deadlines, schedules and high priority leadership request.
Perform and prepare presentations, regulatory reports and correspondence for FF leadership:

  • Prepare executive data slides for FF ELT and contractual client Business Reviews
  • Prepare internal and external business correspondence, reports, and reconciliations
  • Understanding of industry POS and LOS engines. Perform and create reporting in different engines such as Encompass etc.
Adherence to strict confidentiality of data including associate, client and financial:

  • Administer and maintain SharePoint sites and manage/create SharePoint Lists
  • Create real time refreshable reports used for auditing and operations management
  • Understanding of industry POS and LOS engines.
  • Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Required:

  • Advanced skills in SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio, MS Access, MS Excel, Encompass and other desktop technologies
  • Understanding of industry POS and LOS systems including Encompass

  • Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and multi-task when necessary

  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments in a positive and professional manner
  • Skilled at working in a team environment as a team player
  • Ability to provide high touch, white glove service/response times to clients
  • Proven track record of both high productivity and high-quality work across multiple client and file types
Preferred:

  • Analytical ability to test and evaluate systems/processes to validate effectiveness and/or make improvements recommendations
  • Enhanced systems knowledge and expertise around how systems work.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Required:

  • Seven (7) or more years' experience in a business operation and or technology environment.
  • Five (5) or more years' mortgage industry knowledge and experience.
  • Proven experience working in a fast paced, high volume, customer focused environment.
Preferred:

  • SQL Introductory Course.
Travel
It is expected that this position may include travel up to 10% of the time. This is subject to change based on many factors, including business needs.
Language Ability
Ability to read/comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information in one-on-one/small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Ability
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
