Job Description:

JOB TITLE: ElectricalSupervisor

GENERAL DUTIES:

Provides direction to Craft employees to meet Safety Goals, Quality requirements, Cost, Schedule and design requirements.

Coordinates job planning, work methods, subcontractors, equipment usage and rentals, procurement of supplies and tools.

REPORTS DIRECTLY TO: Superintendent

DIRECTLY SUPERVISES: General Forman, Craft Foreman, Craft

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Responsible for ensuring crew/team compliance to the DZNPS Safety Program and Quality Program.

2. Responsible for conducting all work within guidelines, policies and ethical standards established by the company. Maintains all business records and reports properly and honestly, protecting company and client assets. Evaluates subordinates based on their commitment to the Codes of Ethics and Standards of Business Conduct and acts as a role model.

3. Personally engages in field walkdowns of planned and ongoing Craft and Construction activities. Performs inspection of work in progress to assess status and resolve problems first hand.

4. Keeps Project Superintendent informed of changing field conditions and work progress.

5. Monitors scope, scopes changes, budgets and schedules to ensure work objectives are met.

6. Continually strives for better and more economical methods of performing the work.

EXPECTED INTERAL RELATIONSHIPS:

Interfaces with the Project Controls Engineer, Field Engineer, Safety Engineer, QC Inspectors, Administrative Organization.

EXPECTED EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS: Client, Vendors and Sub Contractors.
