The Enrollment Services Manager reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for project management, communications management, human resource management, budget management, student staff management, and administrative support for the Office of Graduate Education. The Enrollment Services Manager must be detail-oriented, analytically-minded and able to balance multiple competing priorities and projects simultaneously. Successful candidates are those who are proactive, responsive, and able to operate independently while working collaboratively with diverse others.

Primary Responsibilities



  • Project Management: Work closely with the Director of Operations and other relevant staff within and beyond the Office of Graduate Education to manage short- and long-term projects and new initiatives.


  • Communications Management: Work closely with the Manager of Communications & Marketing to coordinate logistics for graduate education marketing and communications activities. This will include preparing and disseminating communications to prospective, new, and continuing students and maintaining OGE webpages.


  • Human Resource Management: Work with the Director of Operations, Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice Provost, unit leaders, and Human Resources partners to coordinate hiring and onboarding for full-time staff, student workers, and faculty developing and teaching corporate and online courses. 


  • Budget Management: Work with the Director of Operations, Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice Provost, unit leaders, the Office of the Provost, and the Budget Office to prepare and manage operating budgets.


  • Student Staff Management: Serve as front-line manager of select undergraduate and graduate student workers. This will include interviewing and hiring new student workers; designing and delivering trainings; creating and managing student worker schedules; and reviewing and approving timecards.


  • Administrative Support: Coordinate meetings, events, visits, and programs; maintain relevant office-wide calendars, including employee travel, events, and student programming.


  • Course Scheduling: Work with WebCampus, OCPE, academic units and the Office of the Registrar to schedule corporate and online courses, including assigning instructors and monitoring registrations.

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in a university setting, including in the areas outlined above.

  • Superior organizational skills and ability to thoughtfully balance conflicting priorities.

  • Proven ability to effectively manage time and tasks in order to meet varying deadlines.

  • Effective and professional communication skills (email, phone, and in person).

  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing circumstances.

  • Interest and motivation to identify the most efficient and effective ways of operating.

  • Confident, mature, competent and professional demeanor.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

  • Experience with WorkDay and/or Concur is preferred, though not required.

This position will be remote until Fall 2021 when we expect to transition back to campus
