Overview

We seek an individual with strong candidate generation and screening expertise to join our Talent Acquisition team as an IT Recruiter. This role provides an opportunity to work with a dynamic talent acquisition team that takes pride in client relationships, networking, and candidate development. This position is for a six months contract with potential to extend beyond the initial contract period. Philadelphia, PA is listed as the ideal location, however, we are open to considering candidates in additional locations primarily in the Eastern Standard Time Zone.

Responsibilities

Service Chubb hiring needs for Information Technology and Digital business units, delivering full cycle recruiting for assigned positions, including client and candidate engagement and relationship management:


  • Review and screen candidates in applicant tracking system against job requirements

  • Conduct initial phone screens to pre-qualify potential candidates

  • Ensure information is properly maintained for reporting purposes

  • Effectively manage client and candidate communication; ensure appropriate follow through from the initiation of the search through the hired candidate’s start date

  • Serve as an effective and appropriate representative of Chubb when working with internal and external parties.

  • Adopt, model, and promote the Chubb culture with pride and integrity

Qualifications


  • 2+ years of experience in full life cycle direct hire IT recruiting for a large firm or agency

  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment

  • Previous experience successfully placing niche technology professionals in (Security, Intelligent Automation, Digital, Duck Creek)

  • Ability to operate within a matrix, geographically dispersed organization

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Collaborative interpersonal skills; able to develop and maintain relationships

  • Ability to interview and assess appropriate potential hires

  • Effective negotiating skills; diplomatic

  • Some knowledge of industry and technology trends; compensation and benefits

  • Proficient with MS Office suite; applicant tracking system(s); Taleo experience is a plus

  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
