What you will be doing:

Reporting to the General Manager, the Director of Revenue Management is responsible for driving total hotel profit optimization using a rational, disciplined decision-making process, while managing risk under current and anticipated market conditions.

Your experience and skills include:

Minimum of 5 years experience as a Director of Revenue in a Luxury Hotel. University degree specifically in the area of business or hospitality is highly preferred. Detail oriented with proven experience in analysis and problem solving. Proven track record of team building skills. Optimizes pricing, promotions and availability strategies through definition & management of all rates, rate levels, stay restrictions and other tactics, which are congruent with demand factors to target the most profitable customer segments to maximize profits.
