Crescent Bank is looking for a talented professional to fill an open position as a Regional Sales Executive. The Regional Sales Executive is responsible for hiring, training and managing Market Sales Executives. This role must ensure the cultivation and growth of profitable relationships while improving or exiting dealers who are not meeting performance and efficiency goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:




  • Manages staff within region to ensure relationships within assigned portfolios are stable, being maintained and are productive.


  • Working with regional staff, cultivate new dealer relationships.


  • Ensures meeting or exceeding assigned KPIs for region. Addresses and develops areas that are not accomplishing goals.


  • Manages process of analysis and evaluation of external credit reports, calculation of debt to income ratio, determination of credit worthiness of loan applicants and ascertaining past repayment history.


  • Meets production and profitability goals within region.


  • Ensure staff within region is managing accounts in a manner that accommodates customers needs within process and policies. Builds relationships with key decision makers while showing respect for all members of dealer organizations. Through staff, monitors accounts in order to assist as needed to new developments and changes with policies, process and dealers.


  • Analyzes applicant financial status, credit, and property evaluation to determine feasibility of granting loan or submits application to credit analyst for verification and recommendation.


  • Works effectively as part of a team atmosphere to perform duties and achieve daily operational goals


  • Meets productivity standards in accordance with Crescent Bank’s confidentiality policies and organizational values


  • Performs additional duties as needed within the department


 



Position Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; with 5-7 years related experience; or 10 -12 years related banking/lending experience. Demonstrated sales success and sales management experience.
