Job Description:

Carolina Industrial Systems of Greensboro, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is searching for a Dispatch Manager. We are seeking candidates who have experience managing employees and will thrive in a fast-paced working environment. Experience in retail, restaurant, transportation, or service (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical...) is a plus.
 

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve operational processes and procedures


• Assist with daily scheduling


• Work with Senior and Operational Management to establish sales and operating budgets


• Improve individual performance through daily coaching and yearly performance reviews.


• Hire, train, and develop new employees


• Develop and lead effective monthly meetings

Job Requirements: 

• Management experience in a fast-paced service focused organization


• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and a good mechanical and mathematical aptitude


• Must possess a Valid Driver’s License
