Summary/Objective:

Rogers Corporation is currently seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead responsible for change management activities for key OCM work streams across ERP implementations and other major transformations. The key aspect of this role is to provide Change Management and Training/Learning expertise and leadership to support the people side of changes to business processes, systems, technologies, job roles and organization structures. Expectations include defining an overall OCM strategy and leading delivery efforts for each facet of OCM, including Executive Alignment, Stakeholder Analysis and Communication, Change Impacts identification and management, Journey Mapping, Readiness Assessments, Organization/Operating Model Alignment, Job-Role Mapping, End User Training strategy/material development/train the trainer, User Adoption tracking and management, and Value Realization. The position reports to the VP of Business Process Improvement and will have oversight and leadership of all organizational change management project team activities.

Essential Functions:


  1. Conduct Change Impact and Readiness assessments to identify key changes or readiness gaps that will impact the organization; and develop and execute change management activities to support the transition. 

  2. Employ a structured change management methodology to facilitate change and promote adoption of the change; know how to tailor this methodology to be appropriate for the audience within Rogers Corporation. 

  3. Identify pitfalls and potential points of challenge or change aversion and develop counter strategies to mitigate or minimize potential issues.

  4. Serve as key advisor in strategic planning to senior leadership relating to change adoption and benefits realization. Council project teams, business partners and others in the organization in change management practices to increase their effectiveness in driving sustainable change.

  5. Identify and provide leadership for change agents and change advocates within the stakeholder community by involving trusted informal leaders to create employee understanding and influence successful change.

  6. Define and manage the execution of Training Strategies and Plans (to include training delivery plan and methods, environments, tools, approval cadence, logistics, and scheduling), tailored to the needs of the various impacted stakeholder groups. 

  7. Manage the creation and maintenance of all program-related training materials, Train-the-Trainer approach, training schedule development, training metrics and measurement approach, training environment management. 

  8. Perform quantitative and qualitative assessment of change success and change adoption. Solicit feedback from stakeholders to determine the success of change management activities and ensure that behavioral changes align with strategic objectives. As needed, raise risks for communications/training and/or benefits realization as project scope, timelines, or budget changes.

  9. Must be capable of assuming the role of both OCM and Training lead during delivery on select projects.

Required Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Learning, Communications, Organization Behavior, Organization Development, or similar field or Equivalent Work Experience

  • 5+ years combined experience in OCM and Training

  • 4+ years providing OCM solutions in support of Enterprise Applications programs (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.)

Required Skills and Abilities:


  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts

  • Experience with change management methodologies, approaches and a multitude of OCM tools

  • Significant experience working in project delivery and understanding the balance required to deliver change management within constraints and competing priorities

  • Good working knowledge of industry-standard Agile and project management methodologies and lifecycles

  • Financial knowledge to ensure that organizational change efforts are aligned with the financial perspective of the desired business benefits

  • Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization, including at C-level.

  • Strong analytic and decision-making abilities

  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks against set deadlines

  • Excellent active listening skills

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Preferred Education and Experience:


  • Master’s Degree in Business, Learning, Communications, Organization Behavior, Organization Development is a plus
