Job Description:
SUMMARY: Implements job-specific training programs for company employees and performs administrative functions for assigned training programs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate Teller & CSR Training Programs.
- Develop, prepare, distribute, and monitor training programs as required.
- Maintain knowledge level of changing technology and advances in learning and development processes.
- Continually update programs facilitated for content and methods of delivery.
- Determine effective training methodology to be used for each identified training need.
- Obtain and maintain professional certification through internal and external educational requirements.
- Maintain appropriate level of training supplies and materials for scheduled classes.
- Develop and manage training schedule of assigned programs.
- Participate as an instructor in other training programs as required.
- Ensure all actions performed are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 years teller experience.
- Some college or continuing education preferred.
- General working knowledge of banking preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrative creative skills and ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent PC skills with working knowledge of Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint
- Ability to work on and complete tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to set-up training rooms (including moving personal computers, tables and chairs).
- Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds.
- Valid driver's license.
WORKING CONDITIONS
· Normal office conditions.
· Travel required.
