The Hospital Facilities Management Director will directly report to the Chief Operating Officer and will be supported by a team of facilities management team members, managers and supervisors. Hospital Facilities Management Director will use their knowledge of central utility plant equipment to ensure building, grounds, machinery, utilities, and distribution system are maintained in good operating condition and are repaired promptly and efficiently. In addition, proficient management skills will be crucial when managing the department through schedules and controls, procurement and proper use, facilitating the storage of equipment and supplies, and organizing sound fiscal and productivity programs.
