The Team:


The HERE People Enablement team is looking for an individual to join our passionate, diverse and hardworking team of extraordinary HR professionals.


The Role:


On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for end to end HR activities with a US regional scope. Your scope of activities will include providing expertise, guidance and coaching around people-cycle related topics and processes, as well as for complex employee related cases. You will also participate and sometimes drive both global and regional initiatives to ensure overall goals and desired impact of People-Cycle processes are met. A continuous improvement mindset is key in this role, as all team members are tasked with ensuring PE resources are optimally deployed to maximize results and impact e.g. through seeking out opportunities for automation/centralization. The overall goal is to enable Managers to fulfill their respective responsibilities from a People Cycle perspective and ensure workforce preparedness and engagement.
Your every day tasks will include:


  • End-to-end HR support for employees and managers. This includes, but is not limited to, facilitating manager trainings and brown bags relating to performance & talent management, support of strategic HR projects such as organizational design & transformation, implementation of annual HR programs, and complex employee & labor relations cases.

  • Providing data consolidation as well as insights in line with strategic HR business needs and programs.

  • Using analytics to systematically assess regional HR process performance & impact. Develop partnerships with People COE's (e.g. Total Rewards, L&D, Recruiting) to propose integrated and effective HR solutions & process improvements that help enable a work environment conducive to building high performing teams. For this, a thorough understanding of the regional landscape from a functional and business perspective is required.

  • Assessing regional organizational "health" & drive or initiate activities to improve morale and engagement across the U.S. regional employee community.

  • Finding opportunities to work & align with ERG groups (e.g. WIN) to maximise the impact of HR initiatives, particularly in promoting an inclusive culture.

  • Analyzing attrition and assist in devising retention measures and help drive employee engagement activities.

  • Promoting HERE's leadership framework in Managers' execution of the People Cycle. Ensure Managers` maintain a focus on talent engagement and retention through; development discussions, performance management, career / goal setting, talent mobility, onboarding and forecasted staffing.




Who are you?


You have at least 5 years' experience in an HR role and a keen understanding of topics such as performance and talent management, employee relations, onboarding, staffing, organizational design. You are known as a standout colleague who promotes transparency and who is able to quickly build trust and collaborative relationships within the team, but also with key partners and customers. On top of that, you have;


  • Coaching & facilitation skills to motivate and influence positive organizational outcomes.

  • Broad understanding of regional legislative compliance and associated risk factors in the execution of projects.

  • Experience in complex employee case management.

  • Ability to work with data & Excel to generate valuable insights and help build compelling business cases.

  • Ability to analyze HR processes from an impact, efficiency, as well as risk perspective.

  • Strong client relationship management skills. Demonstrated experience in advising employees on HR topics.

  • Demonstrated initiative in driving positive, transformational change both within and outside of HR.
