Group Insurance is an operating unit within the U.S. Businesses Division of Prudential that primarily focuses on creating, distributing, and administering a complex range of life and disability insurance products for many top Fortune 500 companies. What will you do and what impact will you have?
The Manager, Life Product Management responsibility spans many tactical and some strategic activities that focus on supporting the success of the Term Life product that deliver on Group Insurance’s vision and strategy. The Manager, Life Product Management supports forecasting, planning, development, marketing, operations, and sales activities throughout the product life cycle. Their primary role is to execute the defined GI Product Management plan for an assigned product(s) which may include Pru Passages, Life Portability, Conversion and Continuation and Value Added services.

Salary range specific to Colorado: $102,900-$139,200 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
