Job Description:

Liveops is looking for a Network Administrator to support and manage our corporate offices and agent community across our various office locations.  


The Purpose of Your Role


The Network Administrator must have a deep and broad knowledge of computer software, hardware and networks. S/He will be responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, securing, maintaining and supporting our company’s computer systems.


The Network Administrator will design and oversee local area networks, wide area networks, and network segments. Daily tasks may include installing, upgrading and monitoring software and hardware. The System Administrator will maintain the essentials such as operating systems, business applications, security tools, web servers, email, laptop, and desktop PCs.


The Qualifications We’re Looking For



  • A history of resolving complex support issues that may not be well documented and apply your knowledge to writing and improving support procedures

  • Demonstrated ability in leading or playing key roles in large cross-functional projects and delivering those projects on time and within guidelines

  • Ability to perform advanced system administration activities and are a subject expert in multiple areas of technology

  • The ability to evaluate new technology; deploy and maintain new services

  • The ability to analyze competing projects, assess technical risk, and communicate impact to the business

  • Have a strong understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications

  • Adaptability in learning and deploying new technologies

  • Proficient in managing and supporting devices running Windows operating systems connected to enterprise Active Directory managed domains

  • Working knowledge of MacOS and Linux systems, preferably connected to Active Directory managed domains

  • As needed positions self to lift and move computers, including equipment in the server closet

  • Frequently moves Audio/Visual equipment weighing up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure

  • Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems 2008R2 to 2019 and o365

  • Industry training such as Microsoft MCSE, MCITP

  • Experience with Active Directory and Okta

  • Experience with Cisco IOS (CLI) or Cisco certification

  • Experience with scripting, programming, or SQL

  • Experience with Vonage Enterprise

  • Have hands on experience with MDF/IDF Data Cabling / Computer Facilities maintenance

  • Ability to manage high priority projects

  • Experience with Sophos firewalls and security technologies

  • Provide team training for new project and subject matter specific content across multi-disciplined team
