Darwin Global includes three divisions: Smart Horizons, NexPort Solutions, and DialogeX, and Smart Horizons Career Online High School, LLC (SHCOHS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Darwin Global, doing business as Smart Horizons Career Online Education (SHCOE). SHCOE is fully accredited as an online school district. Darwin Global provides human resources, contracting, and accounting services. Summary:

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of Smart Horizons Career Online Education, LLC, a subsidiary of Darwin Global, LLC, the Partner Success Manager is responsible for the management of sales and relationships with particular customers, including developing corporate partner growth strategy, overseeing new partner onboarding, nurturing partners and ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering on annual sales targets and retention objectives, and generating sales.

Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  1. Creates a long-term relationship with each assigned partner and manages the relationship with the partner.

  2. Serves as the interface between the partner and functional areas of SHCOE, including Academics, Marketing, and Student Services.

  3. Escalates and tracks the resolution of all partner concerns.

  4. Trains the partner in the use of the NexPort Delivery System.

  5. Assists in promoting the partners SHCOE program, identifying marketing strategies and other opportunities to grow the partnership.

  6. Supervises Corporate Enrollment Specialists assigned to his/her accounts to achieve partner satisfaction.

  7. Participates in partner events to promote the SHCOE program.

  8. Participates in sales activities related to signing on new partners, such as product demonstrations and lead management.

  9. Manages implementation activities for onboarding new partners, including enrollment portal configuration, training, marketing, and public relations strategies.

  10. Performs any and all other duties, as assigned.

  2. Serves as the subject matter expert for assigned partners and uses feedback from partners to drive SHCOE continuous improvement initiatives.

  3. Tracks, analyzes, and communicates internal and external key metrics.

  4. Performs any and all other duties, as assigned

Supervision Duties

The Partner Success Manager supervises 1 to 3 Corporate Enrollment Specialists and gives specific instructions on all assignments. Work is reviewed for completeness and accuracy, or the employee performs tasks which provide inherent checks built into the nature of the work.

While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee will drive on Company business and maintain a valid drivers license with a satisfactory annual Motor Vehicle Report. For example, the employee may be required to drive a vehicle while attending partner events; meeting with partners, in person; and meeting with SHCOE staff.

Travel

While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee will travel up to 30% of the time, 49 to 72 days per year, by land and/or air, including overnight travel. The employee must be eligible for a Company credit card OR have a credit card available for travel expenses.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit and reach with hands or arms 3 to 5 hours per day.

While performing the duties of this job at conferences or other similar marketing activities, the employee is required to stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl at least 3 hours per day and possibly over 5 hours per day. The employee may also be required to list up to 25 pounds less than 3 hours per day for these activities to set up exhibits.

While performing the duties of this job, the employees vision requirements include close vision and color vision while reading text and graphics or participating in video conferences on a computer screen and distance vision for viewing presentation in meetings and conferences.

Work Environment:

The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet, such as, in a library or private office.
