Our recruiting firm is partnering with a cold-storage construction and maintenance company to find them an AP/AR Specialist. This is a well-established company, in business for over 30 years, that is poised to continue to grow.
Job Summary
Data entry and invoice reconciliation
3-way-matching and 2-way-matching invoices
Issuing payments twice a month
Sending and accepting customer statements
Reconciling credit cards
Following up on past due invoices and some b2b collections
Qualifications
2+ years in an Accounting Clerk or Bookkeeper type role handling AP/AR duties
Experience with an ERP system
100% onsite position
Able to select between 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm schedules
