Data Integration Analyst

The General Day to Day:

The Phynd Data Integration Analys t is responsible for ensuring that Clients have a world-class relationship with Phynd Technologies during the project implementation lifecycle. The analyst works closely with the Solution Architects and Implementation Managers (IM) to ensure the initial Client implementation is successful. Additionally, the analyst works closely with the Client Success Manager (CSM) to ensure new data add-ons, integrations, product features, and workflows are executed seamlessly and professionally into the Client's organization.

The Data Integration Analyst is responsible for the following key aspects of the Client engagement:

• Understand the data provided by the client in the context of the Phynd platform.


• Perform data analysis using best practices set forth by the Solution Architecture team.


• Provide data analysis reports and data mapping documents to the implementation team.


• Understand and communicate Client's technical requirements with internal development team.


• Validate the deliverables of the development team in the context of the Client implementation.


• Serve as key contributor in weekly internal Client project meetings.


• Possess demonstrated ability to create and maintain internal documents, guides, and manuals with attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication


• Exceptional cross-functional team collaboration skills


• Data mapping and the ability to translate into technical and non-technical documentation.


• Experience in SQL (aggregation functions, Joins and various built-in SQL functions and data types)

• 4-year degree, preferably BS in Computer Science or Information Science/Systems


• 1+ years of experience with data integration and data mapping


• Knowledge and experience working with relational databases using Structured Query Language (SQL)


• Knowledge and experience with programming languages like Java, Python, or C#


• 
  Experience in the Healthcare industry is preferred.

  Experience using MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros, etc.) for data analysis.
