Analyst, Client Accounts at Inmar

Job Description:

The Account Analyst strategically handles customer data with an analytical viewpoint and understands how to provide proactive and meaningful analysis. This is composed of but not limited to: chargeback research, variance analysis, industry trends, processing trends, and volume fluctuations. Through this analysis the Account Analyst is responsible for growing our relationships with our priority clients by communicating effectively and with a sales viewpoint.
The Account Analyst supports the Client Services Manager, Account Managers and other team members by serving as a team leader. The Account Analyst works closely with the Client Service Manager on research projects, cross-training, and data analysis initiatives.

Operations 60%


  • Receiving and responding to clients’ requests and inquiries, proactively researching variances & chargebacks


  • Identifying and troubleshooting client problems 


  • Assisting manager in the development and maintenance of quality standards 


  • Educate and train clients on services and on industry in general 


  • Responsible for making coupon processing decisions. 


Administrative 25%


  • Providing customized reporting


  • Ensuring that communications from the manager or other areas of the company are understood and supported by other team members


  • Coordinating and assisting manager with special projects 


Leadership 5%

  • Assisting manager or other Company personnel in scheduling training team members or other associates regarding the department’s function and conducting training sessions as required 

Required Qualifications 


  • Four year college degree


  • At least two years of related work experience involving business account service and in depth data analysis. 


  • Technology: Intermediate level of Excel Powerpoint, Gsuite, Salesforce.
