Job Summary:

Responsible for all HR data management, including but not limited to data entry, analysis and reporting of HR data for the US and Canada, some responsibility for LATAM when needed.  Responsible for the support and maintenance of the data in the HRIS in addition to other systems supported by Human Resources

Essential Functions & Accountabilities:


  • Input and maintain employee information into HR systems.  This includes HR processing activities including new hire paperwork, terminations, salary changes, job changes, status changes, location and address changes in Oracle HCM and ADP systems in an accurate and timely manner while verifying all required documents are submitted to payroll.

  • Maintain US & Canada data and integrity for reporting and payroll processing.

  • Develop, maintain, generate, and analyze custom and standard and customized reports such as headcount and turnover data for identified organizations.

  • Provide support for HRIS including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving HCM/legacy system issues, unexpected results, or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.

  • Participate in system testing during upgrades, system changes.

  • Act as a super user to the Americas HR team, including training and

  • Works with Manager and HRBP’s on compliance and audit activities.

  • Documents job processes.  Ensures that the data entry process is documented and updated periodically so adequate back up coverage can be provided.

  • Liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g., payroll, benefits, HRBP’s). Assures that all HCM integrates with payroll and benefits systems.

  • Identifies opportunities for improving the effectiveness of processes, systems, and reports.

  • As business needs dictate, works extended hours to complete daily department goals or tasks to include mandatory overtime.

  • Provide support during acquisition and divestiture activities.

  • Support HR department with other projects as needed.

Travel Requirements:

Some travel between local facilities possible

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

  • Experience in people analytics desired

  • Demonstrated strong organizational and analytical skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal skills, approachable, ability to work with all levels of the organization

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, discretion, ethical conduct, and professionalism with regard to Company and employee information

Work Environment:


  • Normal office setting

  • Sitting 90% of the day

  • Lifting requirements are slight and related primarily to files

  • Finger dexterity required to operate computer keyboard

Experience:


  • 3-5 years’ experience directly utilizing HRIS systems desired.  This experience should include data entry into HRIS and report writing.  Experience with ADP and ADP-R, and Oracle preferred.

  • 2 years of relevant data analytics experience preferred

  • Must have experience working in an HR environment

Education:


  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business/HR Administration
