Job Description

Performs project management responsibilities relating to information technology implementations, upgrades, conversion and recovery

2) Responsible for meeting project deadlines and producing deliverables

3) Responsible to manage a delivery workstream for a large-scale Modeling projects, involving multiple organizations and lines of business

4) Managing the development and testing teams participating in the workstream on a day to day basis to ensure quality and timely delivery of the product

5) Tracking of delivery milestones, dependencies, and deliverables for the workstream

6) Lead teams through requirement gathering, design, testing, and production implementation activities

7) Responsible for removing roadblocks and leading issue resolution to keep project on track for delivery

8) Responsible for reporting workstream delivery status, open risks/issues, and overall health to senior management

9) Manages to timelines and communicates project status and has matrix management responsibility

10) Adjusts work assignments and plans based on shifting resources and priorities

11) Candidate must have Business and Technical knowledge in determining end to end design requirements, writing High Level Design documents, Metadata, and Test Plans for large projects involving line of business, software/hardware developers and vendors

12) Work closely with business partners to define strategies for technical solutions, determine requirements, and develop high level designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure

13) Drives and participates in design, development and implementation of large and complex enterprise wide applications, often using new technologies

14) Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and that test plans and scripts serve customer needs

15) 10+ years of applicable experience

16) Must have previous Salesforce Technical Delivery experience.

17) Candidate needs the ability to work under minimal supervision on enterprise wide projects requiring creative solutions

18) Project life cycle and development knowledge in Agile

19) Great written and oral skills

20) Quality assurance data testing

21) Proficient in Excel

22) Strategic Thinker
