We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing administrative assistant to support the marketing department in its primary and administrative duties. 

Marketing/Administrative Assistant

Supports the work of marketing managers and executives. Works closely with employees in other functions, such as advertising, market research, production, sales, and distribution. Handle routine and certain advanced duties on behalf of the Marketing Team: organize files, prepare and administer correspondence, reports and other documents, process invoices and assist in bookkeeping, as well as offer general staff support. Involved with event planning, meeting setup and implementation. Reports to Sr. Marketing Manager.

Essential Functions:



  • Administrative

  • Organize and maintain department inventory and digital files.

  • Department bookkeeping, including processing of invoices and branch financial transfers for the department.

  • Place and fulfill department orders for promotional items, as requested

  • Marketing

  • Administer leads through various systems for field sales.

  • Sales territory mapping administration.

  • Event ticketing and fulfillment.

  • Administer templated customer service responses and aid in reporting.

  • Assist in a variety of projects, as requested.


Requirements:



  • Have and maintain a valid driver license

  • General expertise with:

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Organization, communication and collaboration


Education: 



  • High School Diploma or GED; higher education preferred.
