The Department of Defense, through the Psychological Health Centers of Excellence facilitates care for service members with TBI and Psychological health issues. The PHCoE Program Manager (PM) supports the PHCoE contract through program management, deliverable completion, supervision of Magellan Federal team, report completion, face to the customer, liaison between PHCoE and Magellan, contract negotiations, contract renewals and RFP assistance. As an on-site assignment the PM also integrates with and supports PHCoE leadership and centers.
