Role Summary

Your new role will offer an exciting challenge that requires strengths from both sides of your brain:

Left Brain—You are a born learner, highly organized, tenacious and determined. You despise clutter and chaos. You can juggle 10 things at once, like research, reconciling accounts, processing payroll, and drafting and tracking statements of work with timely detail and great accuracy.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Listen, analyze, research—hear our client's needs, solve problems at-hand and anticipate those not yet identified—and understand what is needed in each unique circumstance

  • Communicate—write crisp, clean easy to read emails, get your point across succinctly and personably

  • Reconcile—keep our accounts reconciled to the penny, understand the nuances with each project and adhere to process so there are checks and balances

  • Manage—prepare, send out and manage the execution of our Master Service Agreements with new clients

  • Report—succinct and accurate reporting to our team and directly to clients

  • Deadlines—timely response to tasks, emails, internal and external requests understanding the critical nature of information, processing of payroll and research

  • Document—update our CRM and project management database—details are all accounted for with pinpoint accuracy, projects are up-to-date, and all information is captured

  • Details—organize and collaborate keeping all our projects on track

  • Represent Connext—at industry and local Connext events

Requirements:

  • Innately relationship/service-oriented, confident leading conversations

  • Skilled writer, professional and concise communicator

  • College degree with strong internship or relevant work experience

  • Work hard and play hard—we do great work, eat lots of chocolate, take off our shoes, and laugh a lot too
