Job Description:

Summary: Sales & Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are responsible for handling customer interactions in an automated, high volume contact center environment.  They are the "Product Expert" for an assigned customer base.  Taking replenishment orders and selling products and promotions to customers.  This will help grow the accounts profit, revenue and/or traffic, while increasing volume and profit is the primary job accountability. This business thrives on impeccable customer service.  Maintaining accurate and complete customer orders is necessary.  Attention to detail, computer experience in a Windows or web based environment, ability to multi-task, professional maturity and drive for results are key attributes for this role.  A CSR is responsible for handling, via telephone, routine customer service inquiries, as well as escalation calls, related to product sales and delivery issues.  Our Reps should be able to turn calls into a positive experience for our customers by using our best call guidelines.  In addition, representatives are expected to exhibit active involvement and support of their team. 

Job Responsibilities:


  • Follow procedure by adhering to an assigned schedule

  • Address escalating customer issues according to procedure,

  • Sell our portfolio to our established and new customers

  • Use issue resolution and follow-up to handle a wide variety of questions, issues, and customer service needs with seamless coordination and communication with customers.

Basic Qualifications


  • Ability to operate a computer in a Windows environment

  • Strong multi-tasking skills

  • The ability to work well in an evolving, fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical and processing skills

  • Skills in handling customer complaints in a calm and polished manner

  • High attention to detail

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous customer service experience

  • Willingness to work flexible work hours (8-hour shift, scheduled between 7am-11pm EST)

  • High speed internet

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:


  • Bachelors degree

  • Previous Customer Service, Sales, Retail or Administrative experience

  • Strong French or Spanish language is a plus
