Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

Plans, schedules, and manages resources and machines/equipment (e.g. studies, beds, LC-MS and employees) to ensure an efficient and executable planning in accordance with study protocol, contract, and clients’ expectations.


  • Responsible for (short/mid-term) staff or machine planning.

  • Creating the work schedule for specific jobs.

  • Maintaining a database of staff availability and work preferences.

  • Ensuring that sufficiently qualified staff is scheduled for execution of study procedures.

  • Ensuring that staff is scheduled within budgets for each of the trials.

  • Developing weekly planning updates to maintain capacity planning tools.

  • Working with other staff to ensure that sufficiently qualified staff is available for execution of study procedures.

  • Contacting employees for extra shifts or changed shifts.



Qualifications

What do you need to have?


  • High school/Community college degree/ Vocational Education (MBO)

  • Minimum of 3 years of bioanalytical laboratory experience or 2 years of interdepartmental (cross-functional) planning, preferred

  • Routine weekly, monthly, and annual financial reporting, preferred

  • Intermediate to Advance Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. vlookup, arrays, match, address, indirect, pivot tables), preferred

  • Read, write and speak fluent English; fluent in host country language required
