About You:
We are seeking a highly-skilled, experienced Front End Web Developer to join our ever-growing in-house technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our company’s web presence, developing new facets and features of the site and ensuring that it's engaging and up to date at all times. You'll work closely with our design and technology teams to take the Inmar.com experience to the next level. Successful candidates will be a rockstar web engineer, a content management guru, highly knowledgeable in server management and online security, and a collaborative creative partner.
Primary Accountabilities:
Technical (100%)
Develop new facets and features of our Inmar.com web presence
Collaborate with design and
Make necessary feature and content updates to the company site, minimizing downtime
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and create new features/assemblies
Monitor, analyze and report site performance (e.g traffic, conversions)
Test Inmar’s web properties across browsers, operating systems and devices
Ensure functionality and efficiency of sites and web servers
Optimize loading speeds and capacity
Monitor and report all web traffic
Update content to reflect current SEO trends
Manage and maintain cloud-based services, optimizing speeds
Develop web-based applications in an agile work environment
Contribute to discussions on ways to improve functionality and usability
Reply to user comments and queries in a timely fashion
Address user complaints
Gather and analyze requirements
Develop documentation of processes and procedures
Aid in the creation of other web-based campaign and outreach projects
Required Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Programming, Computer Science or Computer Engineering (Evidence of continuing education, such as certifications, is a plus), or equivalent work experience
5+ years’ experience developing consumer websites and/or web applications
Proven Drupal development expertise
Strong working knowledge of all relevant coding languages (Drupal, Javascript, HTML) and CSS frameworks (SASS, LESS, etc.)
Strong working knowledge of Selenium and BrowseStack
Familiarity with building tools (webpack, rollup, gulp/grunt) and 3rd party libraries and frameworks (Node.js and Vue.js)
Significant experience with web content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, Sitefinity, etc.)
Solid command of the software development lifecycle in agile work spaces
Ability to manage multiple high-availability websites
Write code that complies with strict accessibility guidelines
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Leadership and/or management experience is a plus
