Job Description:

Responsible for processing and maintaining the Inspector onboarding process and associated duties.GENERAL SUMMARY

Responsible for processing and maintaining the Inspector onboarding process and associated duties.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Responsible for coordination and compilation of Inspector New Hire Paperwork.
  • Enter and update Inspectors into HRIS system.
  • Responsible for following up on Inspector paperwork missing or not received.
  • Respond to Inspector queries via phone and email.
  • Coordinate with Compliance and Payroll Departments to ensure timely, accurate and efficient inspector onboarding, offboarding and changes.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently.
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure the timely completion of critical departmental tasks.
  • Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy personnel records.
  • Perform data entry and scan documents.
  • Responsible for filing and sorting Human Resources paperwork.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
  • Reply to general information requests with timely and accurate information.
  • Contribute to team/departmental efforts by accomplishing tasks and results as needed and expected.
  • Process documentation and compile, review and distribute various HR reports.
  • Coordinate between departments and resolve day-to-day administrative, employee and departmental issues as they arise.
  • Assist HR team with various research projects and/or special projects.

  • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • 3+ years proven administrative support required including filing, sorting, and high volume, accurate data entry.
    • Prior HR and/or Payroll experience preferred.
    • Working knowledge of UltiPro HRIS is preferred.
    • Demonstrated success in working efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
    • Knowledge of Excel and Windows at an intermediate to advance level
    • Ability to follow and implement standard processes and recommend improvements.
    • Strong verbal, written and oral interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of sensitive human resource data.
    • Positive and professional demeanor and appearance with excellent customer service skills.
    • Productive work habits including attention to detail, follow through and the ability to prioritize and complete work activities in an efficient and effective manner while meeting numerous deadlines for completion
    • Ability to define issues, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
    • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
