Serves as the Chief-of-Staff to HPE’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
In partnership with the CFO, sets the strategy and priorities for the finance and corporate strategy organization with corresponding metrics, evaluating actual performance and providing timely reporting to leadership team on target achievement
Develops clear, succinct and compelling content for executive-level financial and analytical presentations and communications external and internal: townhalls, EC, ATM…
Coordinates with leadership team and the CFO-CEO all materials and preparation sessions (memos and presentations) for board meetings
Defines agenda and drives structure to meetings and interactions. Operationalizes decisions ensuring follow-up on unresolved discussions and actions. Creates and manages dashboard with priorities and tracking actions.
Prioritizes commitments for the CFO maximizing overall impact to drive company and finance goals
Handles complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously, mixes long term projects with the urgency of immediate demands
Acts as a liaison between the CFO and other constituencies, both internal and external
Acts on behalf of the CFO to manage the customer relationships particularly the executive customer sponsorships
Trusted advisor to the finance leadership team, works closely with the CEO office, finance and strategy people programs, HR, legal, Transformation office and other functions
Is part of the CMT (Crisis Management Team) representing finance and strategy

Education and Experience Required:
Typically 12+ years total experience in finance, corp dev, strategy, planning, operations, or related functional area.
MBA or advanced university degree highly desired. Bachelor’s degree required.
Management consulting experience highly desired.
