We are located right off of 694 & 81 in Brooklyn Park.

The Molding Machine Operator is responsible for operating various Molding machines and auxiliary manufacturing equipment to produce molded products or parts while adhering to safety and quality guidelines. This job is performed inside of a Class 7 Cleanroom.

Responsibilities:

• Daily cleanroom preparations and maintenance including particulate measuring, moping, wiping surfaces and other associated cleaning activities.


• Operate up to four auto presses at a time including inspecting, trimming, labeling and packaging products.


• Perform in-process visual inspection of parts.


• Track manufactured and rejected parts on the Reconciliation sheet, enter into ERP and maintain in Traveler through completion of job/shift following GDP.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in a medical manufacturing environment is ideal but we are happy to train the right person.


• Ability to read and write in English.


• Ability to do basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions and decimals).


• Good manual dexterity and visual ability with high attention to detail.


• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Schedule:

• Sunday – Thursday (11:00pm – 7:00am).


• Shift starts at 11pm Sunday evening and ends 7am Friday morning.
