Responsibilities

We’re looking for an Authorizations Team Lead to join our team.

You will report to and receive direction from the Authorizations Manager. You will be responsible for providing support to the Authorization Specialists as well as processing authorizations tasks as assigned


  • Provides training and education to authorization staff on proper policies and procedures.

  • Participates in Quality Improvement activities related to authorization processes.

  • Maintains logs and rosters as required.

Qualifications


  • High school diploma or GED.

  • 2 years Home Health or Hospice billing experience

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

  • Homecare HomeBase experience
