Job Summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking talented associates to support strategy and business planning across the four business stripes of Onyx. As a member of the Onyx Strategy team, you'll contribute to setting and driving the execution of a cohesive, strategic vision for Onyx by J.P. Morgan.

This role will work in a cross-business, cross-functional, project-based environment to accelerate decision making and will have exposure & visibility to senior management. Types of projects may include developing commercial models for new products / solutions, working with product partners to define "north star" strategic plans, working on corporate development opportunities, and others.

This role is ideal for highly self-motivated individuals who perform well in fast-paced environments and are not afraid to tackle ambiguous situations. A successful candidate will have intellectual curiosity and be excited to work at the forefront of innovation in wholesale financial services.

Job Requirements

• 2 + years of experience

• Prior work experience in management consulting, strategy, or investment banking is preferred

• Previous exposure to the technology industry or financial services industry is preferred
