Role and Responsibilities

• Loading of plastic containers to filling machines following manufacturing instructions.


• Assembly of plastic containers and closures.


• Manual placement of labels to containers and packaging material for identification.


• Visual inspection of finished goods following quality standards.


• Packaging of finished goods in individual or bulk packers.


• Palletizing of shippers containing finished goods


•  Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.


• Comply with company safety regulations.


• Follow departmental procedures (SOP).


• Communicate with machine maintenance and quality assurance staff any production issues.


• Advice the Line lead or Production Supervisor of any issue, which may adversely affect the quality of finished goods.


• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Fill Pack Supervisor.
