Job Description:

The receptionist manages the day to day office necessities and is essential in maintaining office support. She/He must have verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other employees. Organizational skills to keep the reception running smoothly is highly recommended. Must have time management skills to prioritize and complete
a wide variety of tasks throughout the day. Should have interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all clients and team members, such as being personable and attentive.


Job Responsibilities
• Greet and communicate with visitors
• Guide and assist all visitors and team members
• Always conduct a safety COVID check before visitors, and team members enter the building
• Maintain the lobby and reception area clear of clutter and presentable
• Assist team members during emergencies
• Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
• Maintains a safe environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Overall support to the second-floor team members, including the coffee machines, printers, climate control system, etc.
• Greet clients and visitors and help them find their way inside the office.
• Assists with administrative tasks, including copying, faxing, taking notes, etc.
• Responsible for scheduling and maintaining the conference rooms and training rooms.
• Assists team members with administrative tasks.
• Responsible for sorting and distributing mail.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Announcing clients when necessary.
• Receiving and dispatching deliveries.
• Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate team member promptly.
• Verify parking lots and members assigned to each parking lot.
• Assist in office supplies requests.
• Overall office support
• Other duties as assigned
