Job Description:

The Strategic Financial Services Sales Leader position is a significant and critical leadership role at Equifax. This position will ensure the successful execution of strategy through a group of seasoned sales professionals to deliver results in a key vertical at Equifax. This position leads the largest and most complex teams in the division and is responsible for significant revenue generation and growth. This leadership role is viewed as a potential successor role for the SVP and CRO positions.

What You’ll Do


  • Develop senior executive client relationships and overall EFX engagement within multiple strategic financial services client accounts.


  • Lead a complex team to effectively manage client accounts, direct and guide orchestration of other EFX resources efficiently to further drive sales and revenue growth of a full Equifax solutions portfolio. 


  • Partner within a team that is large and complex, including multiple layers of management roles and teams.


  • Drive the team’s successful execution of revenue goals as they sell highly complex solutions in a consultative manner with buyers, decision makers, influencers and client executives. 


  • Engage directly with executive clients in partnership with and in support of the Account Executives to ensure successful outcomes.


  • Manage a broad and diverse  pipeline of clients and accounts. 


  • Guide teams in strategic sales pursuit planning, RFI/RFP response development, contracting and negotiation, account strategy development and other planning activities.


  • Responsible for strategic planning, growth initiative development, and leading client innovation sessions. 


Qualifications 


  • 15+ years of client-facing sales and sales leadership experience working for, or selling into large strategic financial institutions. 


  • Full service banking experience, including an understanding of the regulatory/compliance environment and the competitive landscape.


  • Sales Management: Proven ability to manage, develop, and lead a sales team operating in a sales management function with evidence showing the achievement of sales quota. 


  • Bachelors degree from a 4-year college or university. 


  • Relationship Management: Extensive experience in relationship management and sales, with a clear and proven ability to communicate and build relationships with both very senior level executives and connect client needs with Equifax solutions. 


  • Ability to develop professional working relationships with key contacts and senior level players within the industry.


  • Ability to innovate, collaborate, influence and execute seamlessly across divisions and functions to deliver results.
