Job Description:

ARA is looking for a dynamic candidate to conduct SIGINT Exercise support at Ft. Meade, MD.  The ideal candidate will be responsible to the Directorate of Operations for managing and executing all Air Force live training/exercises/tests/demonstrations to ensure compliance with all federal guidelines.  The candidate will provide SIGINT expertise to the customer and mission partners supporting respective training/exercises/tests/demonstrations.  The candidate will be responsible for managing the exercise schedule and attending all planning events supporting exercises/tests/demonstrations.

This offer is contingent upon contract award and in certain cases approval of your qualifications for the position by the Prime contractor and the government agency.

SIGINT Exercise Management/SIGINT SME - Contingent Security Clearance Requirements:

TS/SCI with CI Poly

SIGINT Exercise Management/SIGINT SME - Contingent Required Experience:

• Masters with 10+ years' experience, or BS with 18+ years' experience or AS with 22+ years' relevant experience


• 12+ years’ experience working in the SIGINT community


• Experience supporting the ACC ISR enterprise


• Understanding of Tactical Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) challenges


• 10 years’ experience in exploiting and reporting data from ISR sensors and platforms

SIGINT Exercise Management/SIGINT SME - Contingent Desired Experience:

• Experience in Computer Network Operations (CNO)


• Experience in Information Operations (IO)


• Experience supporting HHQ Exercises
