As a Cyber Persona Developer at Threat Tec, you will play a crucial role in shaping and influencing the information environment to achieve operational objectives. You will be responsible for developing, disseminating, and delivering content and observables in the cyber-persona layer of cyberspace. Your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing and understanding the behavior, preferences, and psychosocial needs of target audiences to support planning for cyber or information operations.
Responsibilities
Analyze an individual's elements of personality using DISC or 5-Factor Model methodology.
Understand and analyze psychosocial needs, personal history, cultural nuances, and personal preferences of conversational counterparts.
Develop step-by-step interpersonal communications/engagement plans tailored to individual needs and preferences.
Utilize proprietary rapport-building strategies and techniques to establish trust-based relationships with conversational counterparts.
Build and maintain a highly credible cross-platform social media presence to engage specific demographics.
Employ persuasive communication techniques to influence conversational counterparts effectively.
Navigate social media platforms adeptly to establish a credible online presence in targeted virtual spaces.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in personality analysis and psychosocial profiling.
Familiarity with DISC or 5-Factor Model methodology preferred.
Strong understanding of social engineering tradecraft.
Proficiency in cross-cultural communication and adaptability.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
