This small Critical Access Hospital is a great place of work for an Interim CNO. The Interim Chief Nursing Officer will have access to cutting edge technology and a tenured staff. This facility offers a variety of services including rehab, home health/hospice, in/outpatient surgical services to obstetrics, intensive care and high tech radiology services, and more.

The Interim Chief Nursing Officer will be the head of all nursing departments. These departments will include Outpatient, Surgical Services, Critical Care, and more. The Interim Chief Nursing Officer will be supported by Nursing Directors over each unit. These will include some of the most experienced staff RN-s, Nurse Directors, Nurse Managers, Nurse Supervisors, techs, and more

The Interim Chief Nursing Officer will run all nursing departments fiscally, operationally, and administratively correct to the Standards of Nursing Practice and Care. The Interim Chief Nursing Officer must be able to create an environment that promotes growth of staff and patient experience. The Interim Chief Nursing Officer must also be able to maintain high quality relations with governing bodies.
