The Opportunity

Our One Medical for Business Client Services account team partners closely with our clients, specifically their HR/Benefits teams, to promote and deliver One Medical membership & services as a benefit for their employees. As a Senior Account Manager, you will own a group of mid-market and large enterprise client accounts and act as a key advisor to them in rolling out successful benefits programs with One Medical. Reporting to the Head of Account Management - East, you will work with the Client Services team to lead and manage a portfolio of 25+ employer partners with 1000+ individuals each, and collaborate with multiple internal departments at One Medical (Operations, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to service those relationships.

You will be a member of a high-performing account management team working collaboratively to share best practices, support each other, and ensure we set up each client relationship for success. You are an exceptional communicator, with a strong presence and ability to influence/persuade a wide range of audiences and quickly establish rapport with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally you bring strong planning and/or project management skills. Lastly, you will be set up for success if you have a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while consistently meeting (or exceeding) your goals and overcoming setbacks. What You'll Likely Work On:

- Own the overall health and success of your portfolio by assessing client needs, rolling out communication and engagement initiatives, reporting results, and developing strong, long-term, consultative relationships with clients

- Service, manage, renew and execute against a portfolio of client accounts, driving key program outcomes such as enrollment, utilization and client satisfaction

- Serve as a strategic and consultative thought partner to your clients in shaping their benefits and healthcare delivery strategy

- Design, test, and implement improvements to our service and product offering

You'll Be Set Up For Success If You Have:

- 5-7 years of experience in account & partnership management, consultative sales, recruiting or similar quota carrying role supporting and servicing mid-market and large enterprise client accounts/partners (1000+ EE)

- Proven track record of meeting goals and deadlines, preferably inclusive of customer-retention or relationship management metrics

- Skilled at communicating, including written communication & ability to present to a diverse group of stakeholders

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer/client solutions

- Fluency in G-Suite & Powerpoint

- Experience managing negotiations, including contract negotiations

- Experience working with human resource professionals or ancillary benefits a plus
